只會教導你有哪些食材可用.哪些不能用
然後只要按照低油等健康烹調法就可以了

洗腎者的牛奶可以喝專門給洗腎病患喝的PLK(低磷低鉀)還有些水果像楊桃和柚子不要吃.菇類少吃.若有糖尿病的話水果的量也要控制一餐不要超過100g |

其實均衡的營養最重要 保持愉快心情 吃的下睡的著
若碰到喜歡吃但高麟 高鉀食物時 不超過五口 不過量
老人家禁食太多 會覺得人生無趣 所以各種vegetable and fruits 適量 很重要 不過山藥is good food.
楊桃是大忌 絕對不能吃 |

I just call USDA and tell them what happened to my mom, then they arranged a 營養師 to call me.
