烏醋拌麵醬Black Vinegar Noodle Sauce材料:
烏醋 2大匙
醬油膏 1大匙
紅蔥油 2大匙
蔥花 1大匙
麵條 100公克
Ingredients:
Black vinegar 2 tablespoons
Soy paste 1 tablespoon
Shallots in oil 2 tablespoons
Chopped green onions 1 tablespoon
Noodles 100 grams
作法:
烏醋、醬油膏、紅蔥油拌勻成麵醬。
麵條煮熟。取適量作法1 的麵醬,放入麵條,撒上蔥花即可。
Preparation Method:
Take the black vinegar, soy paste, shallots in oil and mix thoroughly into a sauce. Boil the noodles and put into a bowl. Put a suitable amount of sauce onto the noodles, sprinkle with chopped green onions and it's done.
沙茶拌麵醬Shacha Noodle Sauce
材料:
A.沙茶醬 1大匙
紅蔥酥 1大匙
醬油膏 1大匙
涼開水 1大匙
B.蒜末 1大匙
蔥花 1大匙
C.麵條 100公克
Ingredients:
A.Sha Cha sauce 1 tablespoon
Crispy shallot flakes 1 tablespoon
Soy paste 1 tablespoon
Boiled water that has cooled 1 tablespoon
B.Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
Chopped green onions 1 tablespoon
C.Noodles 100 grams
作法:
1.材料A拌勻調成麵醬。
2.麵煮熟裝碗。淋上醬汁,撒上蔥花和蒜末即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Evenly mix ingredients "A" into a pasta sauce.
2. Put the boiled noodles into a bowl and pour the sauce on top. Finish by sprinkling with green onion and minced garlic. That's it.
芝麻拌麵醬Sesame Noodle Sauce
材料:
A
芝麻醬 1大匙
涼開水 3大匙
醬油膏 1大匙
紅蔥油 1大匙
B
小白菜 50公克
麵條 100公克
Ingredients:
A
Sesame Paste 1 Tablespoon
Boiled water that has cooled 3 tablespoons
Soy paste 1 tablespoon
Shallots in oil 1 tablespoon
B
Bok Choi cabbage 50 grams
Noodles 100 grams
作法:
1.芝麻醬加入涼開水慢慢調成稀糊狀,再加入其餘材料A調勻成醬料。
2.小白菜洗淨切段後燙熟。
3.麵條煮熟裝碗,淋上適量作法1 的麵醬,鋪上小白菜即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Slowly add cold water to thin the sesame paste, then add in ingredients "A" and mix thoroughly into the sauce.
2. Wash, cut and afterwards, boil the cabbage.
3. Pour the boiled noodles into a bowl, pour on a suitable amount of the sauce from step 1 and finish by covering with the cabbage.
甜醬麵醬Sweet Noodle Sauce
材料:
A
甜辣醬 3大匙
花生醬 2大匙
涼開水 2大匙
紅蔥油 1大匙
B
豆芽菜 50公克
麵條 100公克
Ingredients:
A
Sweet and spicy sauce 3 tablespoons
Peanut butter 2 tablespoons
Boiled water that has cooled 2 tablespoons
Shallots in oil 1 tablespoon
B
Bean sprouts, 50 grams
Noodles 100 grams
作法:
1.花生醬加入涼開水慢慢調成稀糊狀,再加入所有材料A調勻成麵醬。
2.麵條煮熟裝碗。取適量作法1的麵醬,放入麵條,鋪上燙熟的豆芽菜即可。
Preparation Method:
1. Slowly add cold water to thin the peanut butter paste, then add in all of ingredients "A" and mix thoroughly into the sauce.
2. Pour boiled noodles into a bowl. Pour on a suitable amount of the sauce from step 1, then put on boiled bean sprouts as a covering. That's it.
