麵糊作法Batter recipe材料:
中筋麵粉 200公克
雞蛋 2顆
水 220㏄
鹽 1/2茶匙
沙拉油 1大匙
Ingredients:
General purpose flour
2 eggs
Water 220cc
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Salad oil 1 tablespoon
作法:
將所有材料放入大碗中,攪拌均勻至無顆粒即可。
Recipe:
Place all the ingredients into the bowl and mix it well until smooth.
芥末熱狗蛋餅卷Mustard hot dog pancake roll
材料:
麵糊 1大勺
雞蛋 2顆
熱狗 1根
綠花椰菜末(燙熟) 40公克
黃芥末醬 適量
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flour batter
2 eggs
A hot dog
Minced broccoli (boiled) 40 grams
Appropriate amount of yellow mustard
作法:
1. 鍋抹沙拉油,倒入麵糊攤勻。
2. 待麵糊略凝固後放入熱狗,將麵糊捲起成圓筒狀,推至鍋子前緣。
3. 接著倒入蛋液,用筷子將熱狗卷撐起,讓蛋液均勻流入底部。
4. 蛋略凝固後鋪上綠花椰菜末,再將蛋餅捲起。翻動至蛋熟後取出裝盤,擠上芥末醬即可。
Recipe:
1. Coat a heated pan with salad oil then pour in the egg batter and spread evenly.
2. When the egg mixture has partially solidified place the hot dog in and roll it into a cylindrical shape, then push it to the front edge of the pan.
3. Pour in more egg while holding it up with chopsticks so that the egg flows evenly along the bottom.
4 After the egg mixture has partially solidified, fold it over the minced broccoli then roll it up into an omelet . Flip the omelet until cooked then transfer it to a plate. Apply mustard sauce according to taste and it's done.
巧克力香蕉蛋餅卷Chocolate banana pancake rolled omelet
材料:
麵糊 1大勺
雞蛋 2顆
香蕉 1根
堅果碎 20公克
碎薄荷葉 5片
巧克力醬 適量
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Flour Batter
2 eggs
1 banana
Chopped nuts 20 grams
5 crushed mint leaves
A suitable amount of chocolate sauce
作法:
1. 堅果碎與碎薄荷葉混合。
2. 鍋抹沙拉油,倒入麵糊攤勻。
3. 待麵糊略略凝固後放入香蕉,再將麵糊捲起成圓筒狀,推至鍋子前緣。
4. 接著倒入蛋液,用筷子將香蕉卷撐起,讓蛋液均勻流入底部。
5. 蛋略凝固後撒上作法1的薄荷堅果碎,再將蛋餅捲起,翻動至蛋熟後取出裝盤,擠上巧克力醬即可。

1. Chop up the nuts and mix with crushed mint leaves.
2. Coat a pan with salad oil, pour in the egg mixture evenly.
3. When the batter has solidified, put in the banana, roll it into a cylinder and push it to the front end of the pan.
4. Pour in the egg mixture while holding it up with chopsticks so that the egg flows evenly along the bottom.
5. When the egg mixture has partially solidified, sprinkle on the chopped nuts and mint from step 1 then once more roll up the omelet. Turn the omelet over until fully cooked and transfer to a plate. Apply some chocolate topping onto it and it's done.
起司火腿蛋餅卷Cheese quiche ham rolled omelet
材料
麵糊 1大勺
雞蛋 2顆
起司片 1片
火腿條 1條
巴西里末 3公克
番茄醬 適量
Ingredients
1 tablespoon flour batter
2 eggs
1 slice cheese
1 strip ham
3 grams parsley
A suitable amount of ketchup
作法:
1. 火腿切丁,和巴西里末混合拌勻備用。
2. 鍋抹沙拉油,倒入麵糊攤勻。
3. 待麵糊略凝固放入作法1的材料。將麵糊捲起成圓筒狀,推至鍋子前緣。
4. 接著倒入蛋液,用筷子火腿卷撐起,讓蛋液均勻流入底部。
5. 蛋略凝固後放入起司片,再將蛋餅捲起,翻動至蛋熟後取出裝盤,擠上番茄醬即可。
Recipe:
1. Mix the diced and chopped parsley evenly and set aside.
2. Coat a heated pan with salad oil, pour in the batter spreading it evenly.
3. When the batter has solidified place the ingredients from step 1 onto it. Roll the batter into a cylindrical shape and push it to the front edge of the pan.
4. Then pour in the egg mixture while holding up the ham omelet roll with chopsticks and let the egg mixture spread evenly along the bottom.
5. Add in more egg mixture and when it is partially solidified lay in a cheese slice then once again roll up the omelet, Turn the omelet until it is cooked then transfer to a plate. Ketchup can then be applied to it and it's done.
玉米鮪魚蛋餅卷
材料:
麵糊 1大勺
雞蛋 2顆
罐頭鮪魚 40公克
洋蔥碎 30公克
玉米粒 80公克
蔥花 5公克
黑胡椒粒 少許
沙拉醬 適量
作法:
1. 鮪魚、洋蔥碎及黑胡椒粒拌勻成鮪魚餡;玉米與蔥花拌勻成玉米餡備用。
2. 鍋抹沙拉油,倒入麵糊攤勻。
3. 待麵糊略凝固後放入作法1的鮪魚餡,將麵糊捲起成圓筒狀,推至鍋子前緣。
4. 接著倒入蛋液,用筷子將鮪魚卷撐起,讓蛋液均勻流入底部。
5. 蛋略凝固後鋪上作法1的玉米餡,再將蛋餅捲起,翻動至蛋熟後取出裝盤,擠上沙拉醬即可。
