材料：豆苗、薑末、鹽、細糖、米酒做法：
1.熱鍋加2大匙油，先炒香薑末，再加入豆苗。
2.加入2大匙水，拌炒均勻，加入少許鹽、糖，炒勻。
3.加入少許米酒，炒勻即可瀝乾湯汁起鍋。
