材料:辣椒片1小匙.蒜片1大匙.白酒100CC.九層塔葉少許.橄欖油1大匙. 草蝦6支.蛤蠣100公克.鹽少許.辣椒水(TABASCO)少許、洋蔥丁、義大利綜合香料、魚片做法:
1.橄欖油炒香蒜片到金黃色,洋蔥丁與辣椒也一并加入拌炒。
2.草蝦、蛤蠣一併加入,同時添加少許義大利香料,拌炒到蝦轉紅,再加入魚片、辣椒水,轉小火之後加入白酒烹煮到蛤蠣打開。
3.再加入魚片、九層塔,略煮將湯汁收掉一些,再加少許鹽調味即可起鍋。
