材料:瘦肉40公克、蔥段10公克、紅蘿蔔絲15公克、高麗菜粗絲80公克、白飯1碗、芹菜末5公克 調味料:鹽1/4小匙、香油少許、胡椒粉少許
醃料:米酒少許、醬油少許、糖少許、香油少許
做法:
1.瘦肉洗淨後切條,放入醃料醃15分鐘。
2.取內鍋,到入所有材料,再加入5倍飯量的水,外鍋加1杯水,內鍋放入內鍋合上鍋蓋,按下開關。
3.烹煮完成後加入芹菜末,淋上香油、胡椒粉即可。
