Traditionaly we use hand without gloves to make preserved food; it always having different taste we call " Mom's taste". I really appreciate all the dishes that I learned from here.
whats wrong using hand mixing,her hand is clean.so everything in food making must use handglove? what about when handle chicken or fish u use hand glove also? <br>
ya i agree with ruby,sophie and calvin . i don't think you will use hand gloves to prepare you food
watch food network. most of them use their bare hands when mixing or marinating meat. you gotta use your hands to really massage in the flavor. if you use a fork or a spoon, you can't massage the meat nearly as well. and watch Iron Chef, most of the world renowned chefs on that show use their bare hands all the time when handling food. don't be such a clean freak. the air you breath has more germs and bacteria than your washed hands.
The famous chef from UK - Jamie Oliver usually prepare his food withoud gloves on his TV show , squeeze the lemon juice or mix the salad by hand.

味霖是日本發明的調味酒 原料是甜糯米釀的甜酒再加清酒混合而成 有米酒去腥的功效 甜味則能突顯出食物的原味 又分本味醂 風味醂跟鹽味醂 買的時候建議買本味醂 還有別買到有"加料"的 比較不肖的商人都會加些有的沒的調味料 當然最安全的是自己釀 甜酒+烈酒就行了
